Located on a unique trapezoidal site, these four new townhomes respect the classic rowhouse typology of South St. Louis. Designed with Duncan Architecture (who served as Architect of Record), the project maximizes efficient urban living by integrating rear-yard parking on the main level with high-volume residential spaces above, tailored for a dense historic context.
