The Seattle Demo Project turns soon-to-be-demolished buildings into temporary laboratories for design and public engagement. By using these structures as creative platforms, it sparks dialogue between developers, designers, and the community—reframing demolition as an opportunity to advocate for thoughtful urban development. Honorable Mention, 2014 AIA Washington Honor Awards.
