Designed by Derek Hoeferlin Design, with Bemberg Architecture as Architect of Record, this live-work sanctuary serves as a high-volume studio and private loft for a working artist. Clad in weathered Corten steel, the structure balances intimate residential alcoves with a towering, adaptable workshop featuring a signature oversized swing.
