This project transforms an old auto body repair shop into a high-performance training hub for fighters and professionals. By coordinating closely with the city and owner, the design carves a social and athletic sanctuary out of an industrial zone, featuring dedicated zones for intense training alongside recovery spaces like a sauna and cold plunge.
