This massive 14,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project breathes new life into a landmark New York post office. Our design-build approach allowed for a hands-on transformation: converting the upper-level postmaster offices into a modern engineering firm, while reimagining the expansive ground floor as a premier event space for weddings and art exhibitions.
