This project demonstrates the potential of underutilized urban structures by transforming a tight, outdated garage into a modern living suite. By integrating an efficient bathroom and kitchen core into the existing shell, the design allows the open garage volume to flex between a guest house, rental unit, or creative studio based on the user's immediate needs.
