Berry Oaks

A study in multi-generational living, this project doubles the footprint of a home located directly next door to the grandparents. A new second-story addition and an expanded great room open the social wing of the house toward the neighboring family lot, anchored by a new covered porch that serves as a shared meeting ground for three generations to play.
