This courtyard-inspired gathering ground proves that community-focused commercial space can be both playful and cost-effective. Designed to foster direct connection between farmers and consumers, the project features a unique custom screen—developed through a summer design-build studio at Washington University—that lends a distinct, welcoming character to this future Hyde Park institution.
