This project corrects the social disconnect of an old split-level home by replacing an outdated carport with a high-functioning addition. The new layout provides accessible ground-level living for in-laws, a two-car garage with loft storage, and a redesigned upper floor that creates a generous primary suite and private bedroom zone for the family.
