Background.
Design by Derek Hoeferlin Design. Our role on this exciting project was as architect of record to coordinate the pre-fab steel drawings with the architectural design intent set for permit and construction. This structure is both home and office to a local installation artist who uses the generous front windows as installation space for his creations.
